RE-NEET 2026 Rank Predictor: Estimate Your Rank & College
The RE-NEET 2026 exam was held today (22 June 2026). If you are a RE-NEET candidate, you must have one question in mind – "What rank will I get from my RE-NEET marks and which college will I get?" In this guide we will tell you how the RE-NEET rank predictor works, how it is different from the normal NEET predictor, and how you can estimate your rank.
What is the RE-NEET Rank Predictor?
The RE-NEET Rank Predictor is a special tool designed for candidates who gave RE-NEET 2026. This tool tells you your estimated All India Rank and possible colleges based on your RE-NEET marks.
Normal NEET vs RE-NEET – What is the Difference in Rank?
RE-NEET rank prediction is different from normal NEET in some ways:
Factor | Normal NEET | RE-NEET |
|---|---|---|
Candidate Pool | 20-25 lakh | Limited (affected centers only) |
Competition Level | High | Moderate |
Rank Distribution | Wide range | Compact range |
Cutoff Trends | Well established | May vary |
Score Merging | NA | Possible with normal NEET |
College Options | All India | Same (no restriction) |
Important: RE-NEET rank can be different from normal NEET rank because the candidate pool is smaller. This is why using a RE-NEET specific predictor is important.
RE-NEET 2026 Marks vs Expected Rank
Because the number of candidates in RE-NEET is lower, the rank distribution is compact. Approximate analysis:
RE-NEET Score | Expected RE-NEET Rank |
|---|---|
700-720 | 1-10 |
680-699 | 10-50 |
660-679 | 50-150 |
640-659 | 150-400 |
620-639 | 400-800 |
600-619 | 800-1500 |
580-599 | 1500-3000 |
560-579 | 3000-5000 |
540-559 | 5000-8000 |
520-539 | 8000-12000 |
500-519 | 12000-18000 |
480-499 | 18000-25000 |
Below 480 | 25000+ |
Note: This is compared to the normal NEET candidate pool. Actual rank will depend on the total number of candidates. Get an accurate prediction from the RE-NEET Rank Predictor.
RE-NEET Score Merging – How Does It Work?
Many candidates have two scores:
- Normal NEET 2026 score (original exam)
- RE-NEET 2026 score (re-exam)
Merge Scenario 1: Better Score Counts
NTA decides that whichever is the better score between the two will count.
Example:
- Normal NEET: 580 marks (AIR 35000 normal)
- RE-NEET: 640 marks (AIR 200 in RE-NEET pool)
- **Final: RE-NEET score will count**
Merge Scenario 2: RE-NEET Score Only
If RE-NEET happened because of a paper leak or technical issue, only the RE-NEET score will count. The normal NEET score may be cancelled.
Merge Scenario 3: Combined Score
An average of both scores is taken to make the final score.
Example:
- Normal NEET: 580 marks
- RE-NEET: 620 marks
- Average: 600 marks
- **Final: 600 marks will count**
Which Scenario Applies?
This will depend on the NTA notification. To avoid confusion, talk to expert counsellors. They will give you the best advice based on NTA guidelines.
Step-by-Step: How to Use the RE-NEET Rank Predictor?
Step 1: Calculate Marks
Calculate your marks from the RE-NEET answer key (expected 25-28 June). Formula:
(Correct × 4) − (Wrong × 1) = Total
Step 2: Go to the Predictor
RE-NEET options are also available in this same tool.
Step 3: Enter Marks
Input Fields:
- Total marks (out of 720)
- Category
- State
- **Check the "RE-NEET Candidate" box** (select this option)
Step 4: Also Enter Normal NEET Score (If You Have One)
If you also have a normal NEET score, enter that too. The predictor will analyze both scores and suggest the best option for you.
Step 5: Check Results
The predictor will show you:
- Estimated RE-NEET rank
- Compare with normal NEET rank
- Best possible rank if merged
- College options for each scenario
Step 6: Explore the College List
You will get a college list based on different scenarios. Compare them and choose the best option for yourself.
College Options for RE-NEET Candidates
Scenario 1: RE-NEET Score Counts
Score Range | Possible Colleges |
|---|---|
680+ | AIIMS, Top Central |
640-679 | Maulana Azad, AFMC, Top State |
600-639 | Good Govt Medical |
560-599 | State Govt, Average Private |
520-559 | Private Colleges |
Below 520 | Budget Private/BDS |
Scenario 2: Normal Score Counts
In this case, colleges will be given based on the normal NEET rank.
Scenario 3: Merged Score Counts
The merged score is the average of both, which will generally give a rank in the middle.
